HOUSTON (March 16, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Brittany Othmer as Vice President on Asset Living's budgeting team. With two decades of property management experience, Othmer will focus on standardizing budgeting processes and leading training at both the on-site and regional levels.
"My goal is to ensure teams have the support they need to deliver thoughtful, timely budgets to clients," says Othmer.
Before joining Asset Living, Othmer began her career in the property management industry as a leasing consultant while in college. After working eight years at First Communities as a Regional Manager, she later transitioned to TriBridge Residential, where she worked with the Chief Investment Officer and found her passion for budgeting and real estate financials.
“I am looking forward to ensuring our teams are successful and have the support they need to provide best-in-class service to our clients,” says Othmer.
Outside the office, Othmer enjoys spending time with her husband and their golden retriever. She also enjoys traveling and going on cruises. She is currently training for a half-marathon and plans to run her first full marathon later this fall.
