Asset Living Hires Charles Patten as Regional Vice President, Operations

DRAPER, Utah (Sept. 25, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Charles Patten as Regional Vice President within Asset Living’s multifamily department. With more than 15 years of experience in the property management industry, Patten is set to lead our Utah operations team, focusing on driving success for clients, communities, and team members.

"My goal is to lead the Utah operations team by creating an environment where every employee feels valued, empowered, and proud to call our region home," says Patten.

Before joining Asset Living, Patten served as Vice President of Operations at UV Residential LLC. Throughout his career, he has built extensive expertise in operations management, sales leadership, and client relations, positioning him to support the continued growth and success of the Utah region. Patten is also a graduate of the University of Utah, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

"I am excited to become a valued part of the team and help facilitate the growth our beautiful state will experience as we navigate today’s housing challenges," says Patten. "I’m also looking forward to getting to know the talented team members across the nation and collaborating with them to drive success."

Outside the office, Patten enjoys spending time on his urban farm, taking in the sunrise and sunset. He also hopes to catch more than 50 waves during his visits to the ocean this year and is the father of four children, whom he enjoys watching grow and supporting them in each of their journeys.
