DENVER (November 21, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Kellea Jeffrey as the new Senior Vice President, Operations, within Asset Living’s multi-family division. She will report to the Denver office and join the Asset Living team to lend her over 30 years of experience within the property management industry. Kellea will lead a portion of the Mountain region’s operations to ensure overall success.
"My goal is to build strong teams and foster client relationships within my portfolio,” says Jeffrey.
Before her new role, Kellea served as the Senior Vice President at Grand Peaks, managing a portfolio across the nation. She began her journey in the property management industry post-graduation from the University of Georgia, where she gained experience at companies like AMLI and Alliance Residential before making Denver her home. Jeffrey is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM), and licensed broker in Colorado.
"[In this role], I am looking forward to implementing innovative strategies to optimize property performance and enhance resident and client satisfaction. I am also excited about leading my team while fostering a collaborative environment to exceed our goals,” says Jeffrey.
Outside the office, Kellea loves to immerse herself in reading and sports. You can also catch her on the court showcasing her pickleball skills!
