DALLAS (JULY 31, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Lawrence Fernandez as the new Vice President, Operations within Asset Living's multi-family department. Lawrence Fernandez will report to the Dallas office and lend his 25 years of expertise in the multi-family industry to his new role at Asset Living. He will manage his portfolio in the Southwest while spearheading the development of the South Texas team.
"My goal for 2024 is to build a robust South Texas team while supporting my affordable portfolio in the Southwest," says Fernandez.
Before joining Asset Living, Fernandez was the Area Regional Vice President at Allied Orion Group, overseeing a diverse portfolio of affordable and conventional communities. Throughout his time there, he managed numerous assets and property operations across multiple states. Fernandez is also a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree and is a US Navy Gulf War Veteran.
"[In this role], I am excited to work with such a professional and well-respected team," says Fernandez. "I also look forward to developing a strong, high-performing, resourceful South Texas team."
Outside the office, Fernandez enjoys staying active, spending quality time with his family, and cheering on his son at little league baseball and basketball games.
