Asset Living Hires Michelle Romeo as Regional Vice President

ATLANTA (May 15, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Michelle Romeo as the new Regional Vice President for Asset Living's multi-family division. Romeo will report to the Atlanta office and join the Asset Living team to lend her 15 years of experience within the property management industry. Romeo will oversee her portfolio operations and teams in the Atlanta market.  

"My goals for 2023 are to empower my teams with the necessary tools and support to achieve success. I am committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where each member can thrive and contribute their best work. Furthermore, I am excited to build strong relationships with our clients and partners, working closely with them to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their goals," says Romeo.  

Romeo joins Asset Living as a highly accomplished and experienced industry professional with an impressive career spanning over a decade in property management. Prior to her appointment, she worked for various companies in the industry, including Bell Partners and Stonemark Management, where she held various on-site and corporate roles. Her performance as Director of Training at Stonemark Management led to a promotion to Regional Manager. Romeo holds several professional accreditations, including CPM (Certified Property Manager) and ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) through IREM.

During her free time, Romeo cherishes the moments she spends with her family, where she enjoys engaging in outdoor activities and attending her kids' sports events. Romeo and her husband also share a passion for DIY projects, and they often find themselves engrossed in a project on evenings and weekends.
