Asset Living Hires Rita Collins as Senior Vice President, Operations

FOLSOM, Calif. (Sept. 24, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Rita Collins as Senior Vice President within Asset Living’s multifamily department. With 30 years of experience in the property management industry, Collins will focus on strengthening collaboration across regional portfolios by enhancing cross-training opportunities and building strong relationships with senior leaders and support services across the organization.

“Building and developing a united team that advances the principles of client support, customer service, and strong financial performance is a top goal for the rest of 2026,” says Collins.

Before joining Asset Living, Collins was Vice President of Property Management at Dominium, where she oversaw a large affordable housing portfolio. Her background spans a range of roles across training and development, operations, and asset management with organizations including The Irvine Company, Metric Property Management, Waterton Residential, and Dominium. She has also worked across multiple markets nationwide, including Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kansas, Louisiana, Illinois, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Virginia. Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chapman University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
