Asset Living Promotes Anne Henderson to Senior Vice President of Learning and Performance

HOUSTON (March 26, 2026)Asset Living is pleased to announce Anne Henderson’s promotion to Senior Vice President within the company’s training department. With 34 years of experience in the property management industry, Henderson will lead her team by empowering team members with the tools, resources, and development opportunities they need to succeed.

“In 2026, my focus is on strengthening team support while driving operational performance across the organization,” says Henderson. “We’re expanding our performance management framework into newer Midwest and West divisions, while advancing key initiatives like the TOPS (Traveling Operations Performance Specialist) and Leasing Watch List to better support leasing strategy and results. We’re also growing leadership development through our global mentorship program. Together, these efforts strengthen our commitment to investing in our people and supporting long-term success.”

Before her current role, Henderson served as Vice President of Learning and Performance at Asset Living, where she helped build the Learning and Performance team. She began her career as a leasing consultant while attending the University of Georgia. She spent much of her career in onsite operations, gaining firsthand experience in the business and developing a strong appreciation for the impact onsite teams have on their communities and residents. She later transitioned into a Systems Trainer role, where she discovered a passion for developing others and combined her operational experience with training and team development. Prior to joining Asset Living, she was Director of Training at First Communities and joined Asset Living in 2024 following the company’s acquisition.

“I’m looking forward to continuing to strengthen how we measure and support performance across our communities,” says Henderson. “Initiatives like the ACE (Asset’s Commitment to Excellence) KPI program give us better visibility into community health, help identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure we’re delivering strong results for our clients while supporting our organization’s growth. I’m also excited to keep building programs that empower our teams to perform at a high level and strengthen long-term client partnerships.”

Outside of the office, Henderson enjoys reading, gardening, baking, and traveling with her husband. She also has a passion for DIY home improvement projects and loves bringing big ideas to life, which carries over into her work supporting her team members and helping them succeed.
