Asset Living Promotes Becca Riebesell to Senior Vice President, Operations

DALLAS (March 27, 2026)Asset Living is pleased to announce Becca Riebesell’s promotion to Senior Vice President within the company’s multifamily department. With more than 25 years of experience in the property management industry, Riebesell will focus on strengthening client relationships, integrating our East Coast team into the existing portfolio structure, and creating a unified leadership across all regions.

"In 2026, my goals are to achieve full operational alignment, elevate portfolio performance to match or exceed company benchmarks within 12 months, and position the organization for strategic growth," says Riebesell.

Before stepping into her current role, Riebesell served as Vice President of Operations within our multifamily division, where she strengthened client partnerships and drove strong departmental performance. She began her career in property management in 1999 as a Property Manager, building a solid foundation of hands-on experience. Throughout her career, she has implemented operational systems that promote consistency across large portfolios and deliver measurable results, with a focus on improving NOI, enhancing compliance performance, elevating reporting standards, and developing scalable frameworks that support long-term asset value. Through a range of leadership roles, she has built deep expertise across affordable, conventional, and third-party management environments.

“I’m looking forward to strengthening alignment across our regions and building a more unified, high-performing portfolio as we integrate our East Coast teams. This year is an opportunity to create consistent operational standards, improve collaboration, and build scalable systems that support performance and growth," says Riebesell. "I’m especially excited to work more closely with our regional leaders to develop talent, increase accountability, and ensure our teams have the support they need to succeed, while continuing to strengthen client relationships through clear communication and disciplined execution. With over 25 years in the industry, I’m energized by the chance to refine processes, mentor emerging leaders, and contribute to the continued growth of Asset Living’s platform.”

Outside of the office, Riebesell enjoys spending quality time with her family and making the most of every moment. She’s happiest outdoors, whether that’s on the lake, by the river, or simply enjoying time in nature.
