Asset Living Promotes Dawn Garrett to Vice President, Operations

DALLAS (Sept. 22, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Dawn Garrett’s promotion to Vice President within the company’s multifamily housing department. With more than 22 years of experience in the property management industry, Garrett will now focus on leading our Midwest and Southeast teams and regionals.

“In 2026, my focus is on growing and developing the Midwest and Southeast regionals alongside other team members,” says Garrett.

Before her current role, Garrett served as Regional Vice President of Operations at Asset Living. Throughout her career, she has successfully led property takeovers, due diligence processes, NSPIRE readiness, occupancy growth initiatives, delinquency reduction strategies, and client relations efforts, all while maintaining a strong commitment to team development and the resident experience. One of Garrett’s greatest strengths is her ability to build meaningful relationships with ownership groups, onsite teams, and residents, ensuring alignment around shared goals, which makes her well-equipped for her new role as Vice President.

“I’m looking forward to strengthening collaboration across departments and operations to build an even more connected, cohesive way of working together,” says Garrett.

Outside of the office, Garrett enjoys spending time with her 17 grandchildren and family. On weekends, she tends to her mini-farm and enjoys antiquing with her husband across Texas.
