HOUSTON (April 23, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Ivy Facio was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Marketing for Asset Living. Facio started with Asset Living in 2018 and has been in property management for over eight years. In her new role, Facio will focus on utilizing her expertise and knowledge to enhance further and develop the Asset Living brand. She will continue to employ strategic approaches to combine the best practices of both traditional and digital marketing, ensuring the brand reaches a diverse audience and maintains a strong, dynamic presence across various platforms. By leveraging her unique skillset, Facio will work diligently to create innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and showcase the brand’s core values. Her dedication to staying abreast of industry trends and her ability to adapt to the ever-changing marketing landscape will be instrumental in driving Asset Living’s continued growth and success.

Prior to her new role, Facio worked her way up from Leasing Agent, Senior Leasing Agent, Social Media Associate, to her latest role as Director of Corporate Marketing.
“I never imagined that the job I took during college, primarily for discounted rent, would evolve into such a rewarding and fulfilling career. Asset Living offers a wealth of opportunities for growth, and it brings me immense joy to witness others flourish and advance within their roles,” says Facio.
