Asset Living Promotes Jennifer Morales to Regional Vice President, Operations

ADDISON (April 15, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Jennifer Morales promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family division. With over 25 years of experience in the property management industry, Morales will oversee her team and portfolio to ensure growth within her region.

"My goal for 2024 is to get to know my new team and support their development in their respective roles," says Morales.  

Before her new role, Morales served as the Regional Supervisor at Asset Living, overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties throughout Texas. She has garnered a vast amount of industry knowledge within her years working in property management, setting her up for her new role. Morales is a graduate of Our Lady of Lake University, where she holds a Master of Business Administration in Management.  

"[In this role], I'm looking forward to helping my team members grow personally and professionally. I am excited to see what's in store for our team and portfolio," says Morales.

Outside work, Morales enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations through traveling, and dedicating her time to volunteer efforts with the San Antonio Apartment Association (SAAA).
