Asset Living Promotes Josh Morris to Regional Vice President, Operations

PHOENIX (SEPTEMBER 12, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Josh Morris’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family department. With more than 22 years of property management experience, Morris will continue to build strong client relationships, develop high-performing teams, and drive portfolio growth.

“In 2025, my goal is to use my 22 years of multi-family experience to strengthen client partnerships and team culture,” says Morris. “I’m focused on mentoring Regional Managers, supporting on-site teams, and driving accountability and excellence—all while building trust with clients and protecting their assets. Together, these priorities will contribute directly to Asset Living’s growth and reinforce its position as a top multi-family operator and workplace.”

Before his current role, Morris's career began as a leasing consultant with Equity Residential before advancing to Senior Regional Manager at Asset Living. Over the years, he has successfully managed portfolios of more than 2,000 units across multiple states, consistently delivering income growth, NOI improvement, and expense savings. His leadership has guided acquisitions, dispositions, and operational strategies while fostering a culture of efficiency and success.
