Asset Living Promotes Megan Behrens to Regional Vice President, Operations

HOUSTON (SEPTEMBER 18, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Megan Behren’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multifamily department. With more than 22 years of experience in the property management industry, Behrens will focus on empowering her team to continue growing, developing, and achieving success together.

“My goal in 2026 is to take a deep dive into each of my new communities to better understand their strengths, opportunities, and the incredible people who make up our teams," says Behrens. "I truly believe everyone can be successful when the right tools, support, and leadership are paired with the right people.”

Before her current role, Behrens served as a Regional Manager at Asset Living. Her property management career began at just 16 years old as a part-time Leasing Professional. Since then, she has advanced through both on-site and corporate roles, gaining valuable experience at nearly every level of the industry. This journey has given her a deep appreciation for each team member's contributions and the vital role they play in driving success. When she joined Asset Living in 2023, Behrens was entrusted with a portfolio filled with opportunity. Her extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience position her to continue building strong teams and delivering exceptional results across her communities.
