ATLANTA (SEPTEMBER 10, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Megan Pender’s promotion to Vice President within the company’s multifamily marketing department. With more than 20 years of experience in the property management industry, Pender will focus on supporting teams and clients, identifying growth opportunities, and building scalable strategies that drive performance across diverse portfolios. In her role, she will also be responsible for leading leasing and marketing strategy across the East Coast, partnering closely with operations teams to enhance results, strengthen client relationships, and ensure alignment between marketing, leasing, and onsite execution.
“In 2026, my focus is on creating stronger alignment between teams, investing in people, and building scalable strategies that drive results,” says Pender. “I’m excited to continue growing our leasing and marketing efforts across the East Coast while supporting teams in delivering exceptional experiences for both our clients and residents.”
Before her current role, Pender served as Regional Vice President, Leasing. Prior to that, she was a Senior Marketing Director at First Communities Management, which was acquired by Asset Living in 2023. Throughout her career, she has progressed from supporting a portion of the Atlanta division's marketing efforts to now overseeing the majority of the Southeast region's marketing initiatives. Her growth has been a direct reflection of her expertise, work ethic, and ability to consistently deliver results. As Vice President, Leasing, Pender oversees a team of five Marketing Managers and five Virtual Leasing Concierges, supporting a portfolio of approximately 24,000 units across a diverse range of asset types. She is a graduate of Columbia College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management.
“I’m looking forward to continuing to bridge the gap between operations, leasing, and marketing on a larger scale while building programs, strategies, and teams that create measurable impact,” says Pender.
Outside of the office, Pender enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling whenever possible, and exploring new places and experiences. She is also an avid reader and has a strong passion for interior design.
