Asset Living Promotes Micah Spicer to Senior Vice President, Multi-Family Operations

HOUSTON (April 30, 2023) Asset Living is pleased to announce Micah Spicer was promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations within the company’s multi-family division. Spicer, who started with Asset Living in 2015, has been in property management for over 12 years. In his new role, Spicer will focus on utilizing his expertise and knowledge to oversee the operations of the Central Multi-Family division.  

“My goal in this new role is to bring my years of knowledge in the multi-family and student housing sector to my teams and lead them to success,” says Spicer.  

Before his new role, Spicer joined the Asset Living family in the student housing division in 2015 as a Community Manager. He was later promoted to Regional Supervisor and assisted in overseeing various properties throughout the United States and Canada. In 2020, he was promoted to Vice President, Operations in the multi-family division.  

“[In this role], I am excited to witness the ongoing development of our employees and the plethora of opportunities that lie ahead for them,” says Spicer.  

Outside of the office, Spice enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle and indulges in regular workouts to stay fit. When he's not busy with work or exercise, he loves to embark on exciting voyages around the world with his wife.
