Asset Living Promotes Michelle Romeo to Vice President, Operations

ATLANTA (SEPTEMBER 14, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Michelle Romeo’s promotion to Vice President within the company’s multifamily department. With more than 18 years of experience in the property management industry, Romeo is dedicated to supporting clients nationwide in overseeing multifamily operations across multiple divisions.

“In 2026, my goal is to streamline operations so that the client experiences consistent performance and service with Asset Living, regardless of property location. My focus is continued growth with our client, CCG,” says Romeo.

Before her current role, Romeo served as a Regional Vice President of Operations at Asset Living, where she oversaw client relationships and operational performance across a diverse portfolio of assets throughout the Southeast. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Regional Manager at Redwood Residential, overseeing conventional assets across the Southeast and Minnesota. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles with Bell Partners and Stonemark Management. Romeo is also a Certified Property Manager and Accredited Commercial Manager by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Throughout her 11-year regional leadership journey, Romeo has remained focused on operations, with extensive experience managing communities across the Southeast.

“I’m looking forward to continuing to grow our relationship with CCG and working across divisions to enhance the overall client experience,” says Romeo.

Outside of the office, Romeo enjoys sports photography as a hobby and stays busy keeping up with her three teenagers and their many sports activities, including football, flag football, and lacrosse.
