Asset Living Promotes Ronda Morgan to Regional Vice President, Operations

ATLANTA (SEPTEMBER 16, 2026)Asset Living is pleased to announce Ronda Morgan’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multifamily department. With more than 20 years of experience in the property management industry, Ronda Morgan will be responsible for driving overall regional performance, developing strong leadership teams, and ensuring the company’s strategy is consistently executed across all markets. Her role includes accountability for revenue growth, operational excellence, customer relationships, talent development, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

“In 2026, my goals are to strengthen team performance, improve consistency across the region, identify growth opportunities, and develop future leaders within the organization,” says Ronda. “I also want to focus on building strong internal and external partnerships while creating an environment where teams feel supported, motivated, and aligned around clear objectives and measurable results.”

Before her new role, Ronda served as a Regional Manager at Asset Living, overseeing a diverse portfolio of more than 2,500 units across Alabama. With over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, she brings extensive expertise in both conventional and lease-up communities. Throughout her career, Ronda has successfully managed properties across multiple markets, including Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, Florida, and Mississippi. Since joining Asset Living, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to operational excellence, positioning her for continued success in her new role as Regional Vice President. Ronda is a graduate of the University of Montevallo, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences & Human Sciences.
