Asset Living Promotes Ryan Kucich to Vice President, Operations

Folsom, California (June 17, 2026)Asset Living is pleased to announce Ryan Kucich’s promotion to Vice President within the company’s multifamily department. With more than 15 years of experience in property management, Kucich is focused on making sure his team has the tools and support they need to reach their goals.

“In 2026, I’m focused on maximizing the technology and resources available through Asset Living and our valued partners,” says Kucich. “My goal is to leverage these tools to drive efficiency, enhance performance, and support stronger outcomes across the portfolios I manage.”

Prior to his current role, Kucich served as Director of Operations at FPI Management, overseeing a portfolio of properties across the Bay Area and Northern California. His background also includes working as a real estate developer specializing in affordable housing, leading both new construction and renovation projects across the United States. That experience continues to shape his approach today, where he treats every property as if it were his own, with a strong focus on care, detail, and long-term performance.

“I’m looking forward to continuing to build relationships with the talented and hardworking team at Asset Living, both here in California and across the nation,” says Kucich.

Outside the office, Kucich enjoys spending time with his wife and their 20-month-old daughter. He also likes reading, learning new languages, playing guitar, and staying active with basketball.
