Asset Living Promotes Ryan Shaul to Regional Vice President, Campus Operations

HOUSTON, TX (March 23, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Ryan Shaul was promoted to Regional Vice President within Asset Living’s campus division. Shaul, who has been with Asset Living for the past two and half years, will report to the Houston office, where he has over 16 years of expertise and knowledge from working within the property management industry. In this role, Shaul will focus on fostering strong relationships with on-site teams and clients.  

“I am so fortunate to work with such great people at Asset Living. Continuing to do so in an expanded role is a pleasure. While I will continue to function as a Regional Supervisor by having my own portfolio, I am excited to have the opportunity to coach and mentor other Regional Supervisors as well.  I certainly had a great deal of support when I began in my career, and I am ecstatic to pay that forward.”

Shaul started working in the property management industry when he was in college at Michigan State University, starting out as a part-time Community Assistant. After graduation, he was promoted to Leasing Manager and then became a Community Manager, followed by various corporate roles where he traveled the country helping on-site teams focused on both operations and marketing.  

“[In this role] I want to continue to build on the relationships I have with my on-site teams and clients.  Building strong ties on both ends is fundamental to success in our industry.” Shaul says.

When Shaul is not working, he spends most of his time with his wife Nicole and daughter Hannah. He enjoys all Buffalo and Michigan State sports and also likes to go ice fishing and mountain biking.
