Several of the Asset Living’s best and brightest talent participated and lead panel discussions focused on innovation, trends within the industry, digital marketing and the company also received industry recognition at the 11th Annual Innovator Awards.
In partnership with Asset Living’s client, GRO, the company was awarded Best Mobile Marketing Campaign for the lease-up of Aero on 24th in Gainsville, FL. This was the third consecutive year that Asset Living was recognized in this category, paving the way for new standards in digital marketing. Additionally, Asset Living's client, Gilbane Development Company, took home an award for Best Package and Offering Amenities (Off-Campus) of Apollo in Tempe, AZ.

This year, the annual conference had 1,300 attendees that gathered in-person for the first time since April 2019. The resilience of the student housing industry was a popular topic in multiple discussion panels. In fact, some of our Asset Living experts shared how the popularity of artificial intelligence has grown, particularly among property managers who are looking for new ways to create a virtual tour experience or market a property online to potential new residents.
