Asset Living’s New Atlanta Office Love List with Operations Specialist, Liz Simpson

Asset Living, one of the nation’s leading third-party property management firms, recently relocated its Atlanta office to the Concourse Corporate Center, home to the city’s iconic King and Queen towers, located at 6 Concourse Parkway, Suite 600. These towers have been part of Atlanta’s skyline for decades, and now they house Asset Living’s Southeastern team. The new office space also offers indoor and outdoor dining, collaboration spaces, two miles of biking and walking trails, and more. In this edition of the Office Love List, Asset Living highlights what makes this new office location the ideal space as the company continues to grow in the Southeastern region. Asset Ambassador and Operations Specialist Liz Simpson, based in the Atlanta corporate office, shares her local favorites—from go-to lunch spots to team traditions that bring this region’s culture to life.

“As an Operations Specialist, I appreciate that my role allows me to provide support in multiple operational areas and aspects within Asset Living and the multi-family industry. Whether my workday takes me to the Atlanta office, property acquisitions, or apartment association gatherings, I get to visit various locations throughout the Atlanta region. There are so many accessible places to explore and experience with our Atlanta team.”

Local Spotlight:

“The Asset Living Atlanta office is in the King and Queen buildings along the North Atlanta perimeter. This location offers a stunning atmosphere and plenty of opportunities for team collaboration. When I'm in the area, I love visiting City Springs, the cultural heart of Sandy Springs in North Atlanta. Depending on the day and season, City Green at City Springs offers everything from performing arts events to a lively farmers market, all surrounded by beautiful green spaces perfect for relaxing.”

Favorite Lunchtime Spot:

Joey D’s Oak Room is one of my favorite lunch spots I like to visit. The lemon pepper wings are amazing and some of the best I’ve ever had. When the team has time to step out, it’s a great place to enjoy delicious food, refreshing beverages, and a fun, laid-back atmosphere.”

Team Bonding Adventures:

“One of my favorite team bonding adventures would be attending a DIY workshop at AR Workshop. This was a highly enjoyable experience shared with the team.”
