The award wins included best lease-up marketing campaign for Torre Apartments on behalf of clients Parallel Co. and Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P., best amenities and resident programming package for Enclaves at College Town on behalf of Zimmer Development Co., and best mobile marketing campaign for StateHouse Tallahassee in partnership with GRO Marketing. Additionally, Asset Living's clients, Parallel Co. and Kayne Anderson, took home an award for best new development over 400 beds for Torre in Austin, TX.
