Asset Living’s Regional Manager Jose Rosales Named 2025 Asset Ambassador of the Year

Asset Living is proud to name Jose Rosales, Regional Manager, as the 2025 Asset Ambassador of the Year. This prestigious internal honor recognizes an Asset Ambassador who consistently embodies our mission, vision, and values while leading by example and serving as a role model across the entire Asset Ambassador program.

To celebrate Jose’s impact, we asked team members who work closely with him to share what makes his leadership so meaningful.

“When I think of inspirational leadership and true teamwork, Jose is the first person who comes to mind,” says Lindsay Duffy, Vice President of Operations. “He is our biggest cheerleader and constantly promotes Asset Living, recruiting strong talent, and stepping in wherever support is needed. Whether it’s due diligence, a takeover, assisting another regional leader, supporting teams across state lines, or giving back through volunteer and charitable efforts, Jose consistently shows up.”

“Jose is a passionate leader who genuinely wants to be better and do better for our clients while continually raising the bar for those around him,” adds Lili Arellano, Communications Associate and Asset Ambassador program leader. “He brings positivity into everything he does and consistently lives out Asset Living’s core values, especially through his dedication to giving back. Jose leads by example, supports others without hesitation, and is truly a joy to work alongside. Watching his growth within the Asset Ambassador program has been inspiring, and I’m excited to see all that he accomplishes next.”
