Asset Living is pleased to announce Joe Goodwin will take on the role of Senior Vice President of Strategic Analytics and Research effective immediately. At Asset, leadership is ingrained in who we are and how we serve – so when Joe was assigned to lead this division at Asset Living, he was armed with the right resources to best serve our clients, residents, and teams.
“Our industry and client base are always evolving, so it's important we continue to lead the way in data and research. As a company, we are well-positioned to gather, process and understand the unique data collected over the past two decades,” says Joe. “I’m also excited to work with our acquisition team to identify, validate and target new opportunities.”
Joe’s career at Asset Living began in the fall of 2002 as a Leasing Manager for our first student housing development, The Cambridge – a private off campus full-service dorm located in College Station, TX. He was later promoted to work in Asset Living’s corporate office, and at the time the company had less than 10 properties under management. Fast forward to today, where Joe has spent the last 18 years supporting our properties by leading the marketing and new development departments, while over the years also assisting as a regional supervisor and working in business development, acquisitions, and asset management.
“I’ve been fortunate throughout my career at Asset to work with a lot of talented people in various roles within the property management industry, and it’s been a great learning experience, I'll bring that experience into this new role” says Joe. “Good things are on the way!”
