DENVER (June 20, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Carol Nelson as the new Division President for the mountain region within Asset Living’s multi-family division. Nelson will report to the Denver office, where she will join the team to lend her 28+ years of expertise and knowledge from working within the property management industry.
“My goals for 2023 are to keep developing strong client relationships that will contribute to the overall success of Asset Living.”
Before her new role, Nelson was Chief Operating Officer of Redstone Residential, overseeing all operations for 45,000 lease portfolios, including Student and conventional housing. She has served numerous communities in her previous roles, from Build-To-Rent to Affordable properties. Nelson also has tremendous knowledge of managing portfolios in the mountain region, where she will now oversee this market in her new role.
“[In this role], I look forward to getting to know everyone and building strong relationships and teams. I am excited to join the Asset Living family, I am also looking forward to overseeing operations in the mountain region—Colorado, Utah, Idaho, and Montana since we will be opening operations in these areas,” says Nelson.
In her downtime, Nelson enjoys spending her time in the great outdoors. She loves skiing, hiking, and ATVing. Nelson also loves to spend time in the mountains and at the lake. While not outdoors, she enjoys baking and watching college football.
