HOUSTON (August 3, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Meredith Donnell as the new Vice President, Talent Programs for Asset Living. Donnell will report to the Houston office and join the Asset Living team to lend her 10 plus years of experience within the talent realm. Donnell will assist in the evolution of talent programs, talent management, culture and engagement at Asset Living.
"My goal for 2023 is to be a resource and offer support to my team while evolving Asset Living’s talent programs,” says Donnell.
Before her new role, Donnell served as the Talent Development Manager at Credera, where she dedicated four years of her career. During her tenure, she established and led the talent development team, contributing to the growth and success of the organization's talent initiatives. Donnell has skillfully taken on a multitude of roles, excelling in areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, and development.
"[In this role], I am looking forward to working alongside our Chief People Officer, Alex Moore, and others to invest in Asset Living’s people. I am excited for what’s to come from the remainder of the year and this new chapter,” says Donnell.
When she's not working, Donnell's heart is with her precious 20-month-old daughter and loving husband, cherishing every moment together as a family. She's also a proud dog mom to her loyal lab, Bear, and enjoys spending quality time with her furry companion.
