DALLAS (August 1, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Rafaela Monasterio as the new Vice President, Compliance for Asset Living’s multi-family division. Monasterio will report to the Dallas office and join the Asset Living team to lend her 14+ years of experience within the property management industry. Monasterio will help lead the compliance team to continued success and growth.
"In 2023, my focus is on elevating our compliance department to deliver top-notch services to clients. I aim to implement effective internal organization and procedures, empowering the team and integrating Asset Living's affordable communities and Texas-based HUD department under one cohesive compliance department,” says Monasterio.
Monasterio built her career in the multi-family affordable sector with Alpha Barnes Real Estate Services. She began as an Assistant Manager on-site, and her dedication led her to progress into the compliance department, where she discovered her true passion. Her certifications further complement Monasterio's expertise: Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), and Novogradac Property Compliance Certified (NPCC).
