Asset Living Promotes Nicole Clark to Senior Vice President, Property Solutions

HOUSTON (JULY 29, 2025) Asset Living is pleased to announce Nicole Clark’s promotion to Senior Vice President within the company’s client services department. With more than a decade of experience in property management, Clark will oversee three key departments within the shared services division: portfolio governance, systems, and client services.

“My goal in 2025 is to align these three departments under a cohesive, strategic vision,” says Clark. “We’re working to streamline and standardize operations while preserving the high-impact, customized service our clients rely on.”

Before her new role, Clark was the Vice President of Client Services and Portfolio Governance at Asset Living, leading both departments. Before that, she was Vice President of Compliance and Strategic Development at First Communities (later acquired by Asset Living), overseeing corporate strategy, compliance, and learning and development. Her career began on-site as a Leasing Consultant, and she has since worked across both public and student housing sectors. She moved into her first corporate role in learning and development, where she created an operations training program for on-site teams. While working full-time during the COVID-19 pandemic, Clark earned a Master of Studies in Law from Fordham Law School with a focus on corporate compliance. Since graduating, she has served as a guest speaker and contributed educational content for Fordham’s online “Introduction to Corporate Compliance” course for MSL students.

“This new role within the shared services team reflects a broader effort to unify departments that are already closely connected," says Clark. "Under the property solutions umbrella, we’ll focus on improving communication, collaboration, and operational efficiency—all with the goal of delivering stronger performance and better client service.”

Outside of work, Clark enjoys hobbies like reading, gardening, hiking, and traveling.
