HOUSTON (April 25, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Ryan Soderquist was promoted to Regional Vice President, Operations within the company’s campus division. Soderquist, who has been with Asset Living for over a decade, has been in property management for 14 years. In his new role as Regional Vice President, Operations, Soderquist will oversee a team of Regionals while assisting in the development and growth of the co-living and Build-to-Rent sector.
“I am looking forward to increased responsibilities and growing our teams into future leaders that get promoted and continue to earn us new business and future growth opportunities. Also, I am excited to have the opportunity to take a bigger role with a new business while helping grow the Asset Living name,” says Soderquist.
Prior to his new role, Soderquist started with Asset Living in January 2013 as a Community Manager for a Lease-up property in Tempe, AZ. After leasing this property, he was able to run it through the first year of operations for a successful property sale and was promoted to Regional Lease-up Specialist. He served in this role for six years, which included running operational properties and seeing them through sales while maintaining operations sites. He was later promoted to Regional Supervisor, overseeing operational sites for three years.
"[In this role], I am looking forward to growing the Build-to-Rent and co-living sectors. These are both newer Class A sides to our business, including great performance on what we currently have. This will help lead us to generate new deals with the experience and promotion of Asset Living to new clients,” says Soderquist.
When Soderquist isn’t working, he enjoys working out, playing golf and baseball, and traveling.
