HOUSTON (February 29, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Shelby Moore's promotion to Vice President, New Development within the company’s multi-family division. Moore brings 13 years of experience in the property management industry to her new role, where she will collaborate with her team to drive results while achieving division goals.
"My goal is to continue to develop and execute strategies to expand Asset Living’s presence into new markets, establishing each brand as a one-of-a-kind living experience. I want to continue to strengthen the relationships with our current clients and cultivate new partnerships with developers and investors to provide new opportunities for the team," says Moore.
Before her new role, Moore was the Director, New Development Marketing, where she supported and guided her teams in the central region. Moore began her property management career while attending Texas A&M University, where she initially joined Asset Living as a Community Assistant within the student housing division. Working in diverse roles within the property management industry gave Moore a solid foundation in her career, shaping her into the industry professional she is today.
"[In this role], I'm looking forward to fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients, collaborating on innovative solutions, and positively impacting the organization. Overall, I am excited for what 2024 holds: Continued growth, development, and fulfillment to further the new development team's impact at Asset Living," says Moore.
Outside work, Moore finds joy in the kitchen, where she loves getting creative with new recipes and flavors. She also enjoys traveling to new surf destinations and is always eager to embark on exciting new journeys and explore the world's wonders.
