Asset Living Promotes Tom Leonard to Regional Vice President, Operations

Folsom, California (March 25, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Tom Leonard’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multifamily department. With more than 20 years of experience in the property management industry, Leonard brings a strong focus on building meaningful connections while driving efficiency and operational excellence.

Before stepping into his current role, Leonard served as Director of Operations at FPI Management, where he led and mentored Regional Managers while overseeing portfolios of communities and teams across several Florida markets. His extensive experience in property management sets him up for success in his new role as Regional Vice President, where he will provide strategic leadership and support across a diverse portfolio of properties and Regional Managers, with a focus on driving occupancy, increasing revenue, improving resident satisfaction, and maintaining strong cost control.
