Asset Living, one of the nation’s leading third-party property management firms, recently moved their Phoenix office into a brand-new space located in The Bond building at 3200 East Camelback Road in the Biltmore District. Newly redeveloped, this office building is design-forward and experience-driven with thoughtful amenities and intentional design that aligns with this next chapter for Asset Living's Western region—rooted in smart partnerships and long-term investment. In this edition of the Office Love List, we're spotlighting what makes this new office location the ideal space for our Phoenix team. Asset Ambassador and Vice President, Operations, Lindsay Duffy, is based in the Phoenix corporate office, and she shares her local favorites from go-to lunch spots to team traditions that bring the Western region culture to life.
“Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in Denver, Dallas-Fort Worth, and the Phoenix markets. Now, overseeing operations in New Mexico, Southern Colorado, Phoenix, and El Paso under Asset Living, I’ve enjoyed getting to know each market’s unique characteristics and dynamics. This regional diversity has sharpened my ability to adapt strategies that align with each community's specific needs and character.”
Local Spotlight
“From Zuke Sandwiches to The Collins, BobbyQ Barbecue, and Sushi 32, everything is just a short walk from our new office at The Bond. Plus, the building itself is home to Cultivate, offering fantastic coffee drinks, cocktails, quick bites, and convenient lunches—perfect for days when you can’t step away. It’s an unbeatable location, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and premium grocery stores like AJ’s Fine Foods, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s—all within a mile or two. We have great spaces to host not only our employees but also our clients and vendor partners for lunch, a quick meeting or even dinner. I live in East Mesa, a suburb of Phoenix, with my four boys—so our weekends are all about kid-friendly spots. We’re regulars at local parks, baseball fields, and Peter Piper Pizza."
Team Favorites
“I love team events that bring everyone together and allow us to have fun with each other. From Top Golf to Dave & Buster’s, we always enjoy ourselves. One of the highlights this year was attending a Cubs Spring Training game as a full team—on-site and corporate staff included. As a Cubs fan (and mom to a son named Rizzo), that was a special moment.”
Favorite Lunchtime Spot
“Our office is in the Biltmore District, home to great restaurants. I usually bring lunch, but The Collins and Original Chophouse are my top picks when I want to spoil myself.”
Team Bonding Adventures
“Our corporate team tried to connect daily; it feels like one big family. At our Annual Leadership Summit in March, we spent time in the mountains of Show Low. I even rode a horse for the first time—an unforgettable (and sore!) experience that gave me a new appreciation for the cowboy lifestyle.”
