KNOXVILLE, TN (March 21, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Justin Stout was promoted to Regional Vice President within Asset Living’s campus division. Stout has been with Asset Living for the past three years. He comes with a wide range of experience within the student space, from his roots in rebranding and renovation products to new developments.
"I have worked for companies that structure themselves as owner/operator and teams like Asset Living that operate as a 3rd party manager serving our clients. My time with Asset has genuinely separated itself by allowing freedom to integrate with the individual owners and create lasting relationships that move the property forward in quantifiable ways. The people, relationships, and over-arching support and guidance are the difference for me as an employee and operator," said Stout.
Stout has been in the industry for 13 years, starting as a Community Assistant on-site and moving his way to a regional role. "Through this body of work, my three years with Asset Living have been some of the most impactful years of my career. I have been able to truly pull together and utilize all my previous experiences I have cultivated to make an impact for my teams and clients,” said Stout.
In this role, Stout will focus on ensuring the overall success of each property.
“My daily focus is to provide direction and support for the staff at each property to ensure we are meeting KPIs and driving performance. I do this by spending most of my time building and mentoring my teams to create a portfolio of leaders that operate at a high level and have even higher expectations. My goals for the upcoming year include expanding the portfolio through our clients' growth and adding new relationships. [In this role] I am looking forward to fostering a system of talent within the portfolio that we can lean on when growth opportunities occur while being prepared to backfill with the next generation,” said Stout
When Stout is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, wife Whitney and five-year-old daughter Maylee, and two-year-old son Gunner. He also enjoys time spent outside, whether hunting, fishing, or catching a ballgame.
