Today we are hearing from Baylee Moffatt, Transition Specialist.
What is your background and experience in and what do you do within Asset Living?
“I was a leasing agent for five years in student housing and went off to do sales for a few years after I graduated. I wanted to come back to property management and applied for a position within Asset Living’s affordable department. I am currently assisting with the transitions from the property's old management to the new management. I also help with underwriting, collecting start-up documents, and do underwriting for HUD.”
What piece of advice would you give to a new employee who is #BecomingAnAsset?
“Be patient with yourself, learning something new is hard but extremely rewarding!.”
What drives you to be the best team member possible?
“I enjoy helping people and love being the go-to person when someone needs something or has a question. Knowing you helped to solve a problem is very rewarding.”
What is your favorite memory from this year or within your career at Asset Living?
“One of my favorite memories is Happy Hours with the Impact Committee and Asset Ambassadors!”
Lastly, what do you like to do outside of work in your free time?
“Outside of work I love to Diamond Paint and spend time with my family!”
