Lifeworks Affordable Housing Association approached Asset Living to manage The Works at Pleasant Valley, a multi-family affordable housing property. Asset Living led the lease-up and oversaw the community’s completion, working closely with ownership, the non-profit, and case workers to ensure a seamless introduction to the market and a rewarding experience for all who were involved.
Torre West Campus is a 558 bed student community for the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. Completed in August 2021, Torre is a 19 floor high-rise that brings a sky high living standard for Longhorn students. A wide floor plan mix from townhouses to 6 bedroom floor plans provide a plethora of options for students. Every apartment at Torre features cutting edge whole home automation, high-quality furnishings, and a sleek, modern style. Coupled with amazing amenities and community spaces, Torre brings the best and largest amenity package to West Campus.
The Verve property was armed with little more than a tiny (400 square foot) leasing office when Collegiate Development Group handed the keys over to Asset Living to oversee the operations and management of this high rise. Situated just a block away from campus, Asset Living was tasked with creating a unique living experience and brand that captured the best of off-campus living, as well as the convenience of being mere steps away from Rutgers University.
Vox Miami, a 326 bed mid-rise developed for University of Miami students, took the campus by storm with an explosive lease-up during its first year. The key to this property's success? Preparation, education, engagement, and – most importantly – execution. This development was one of the first purpose-built student living communities to open in the area directly surrounding the University of Miami (UM). Despite the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, the team delivered a successful and fully occupied property.
