Lance Amy

Lance Amy is Asset Living's Chief Procurement Officer. He is responsible for leading enterprise-wide procurement strategy for the company’s portfolio. At Asset Living, he focuses on the implementation of strategic sourcing and category management across a diverse range of property types, driving operational efficiency and value creation. He has worked in procurement for over 16 years, previously in the materials science and chemical manufacturing industry at industry leaders such as Dow and Nouryon. Lance served in the U.S. Navy for over six years, beginning as a Nuclear Submarine Officer and eventually becoming an Operations Officer where he managed two squadrons. His goal at Asset Living is to develop and implement a centralized procurement function, strengthening supplier partnerships while ensuring compliance and supporting community-level operational excellence.

Lance attended Tulane University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He went on to receive his Master of Business Administration from The College of William & Mary. Outside of the office, Lance enjoys spending time with his family and training for and participating in triathlons, ranging from Olympic to full Ironman distances.
