Marti Burrows

Marti Burrows is the Chief Operating Officer for Asset Living, where she leads the company's national operations strategy, driving operational excellence, organizational performance, and scalable growth. With more than 30 years of leadership experience across the real estate industry, Marti is recognized for building high-performing teams, leading operational transformation, and creating cultures centered on collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.

Prior to joining Asset Living, Marti served as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management for Housing and Alternatives at Nuveen Real Estate, overseeing more than $22 billion in assets under management across multifamily, single-family rentals, manufactured housing, student housing, and self-storage. She previously held executive leadership roles at Greystar, where she helped expand the firm'sowned asset platform and launched its build-to-rent single-family rental platform, and at Prudential Real Estate Investors, where she oversaw multifamily investments for the PRISA Core Open-Ended Fund.

Marti attended Transylvania University and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is passionate about developing future leaders and building organizations that deliver exceptional results for clients, associates, and business partners.
