Vanessa Siebern

Vanessa Siebern is a Division President and leads Asset Living's west division portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Vanessa brings deep expertise in new construction lease-ups, value-add initiatives, student housing, affordable, multi-family, and redevelopment. Prior to Asset Living, Vanessa was the Chief Operating Officer at FPI management where she provided strategic leadership and led operations of the company’s portfolio across the U.S. At Asset Living, she leads efforts to elevate operations, advise clients on investment opportunities, and cultivate an engaged, high-performing culture.

Vanessa holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed real estate salesperson in California. An engaged industry leader, she remains active with both IREM and the National Association of Realtors. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Sonoma State University.

Outside the office, Vanessa enjoys traveling, live music, reading, and simply spending time with her family and those she loves most.
