Tanya Shapiro

Tanya Shapiro is a Division President and leads Asset Living's Midwest region’s conventional portfolio. With over 25 years of leadership in commercial real estate, Tanya brings experience with both local and national private property management organizations. Prior to Asset Living, Tanya was President at The Lund Company for over 13 years leading teams with a diverse portfolio of high-rise, mid-rise and garden style communities. At Asset Living, her goals include building relationships, managing the Midwest portfolio that meets or exceeds projections, earning customers’ trust, assisting in the growth and development of the team, and continuing growth and expansion into new markets.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science from Bellevue University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.  Outside of the office, Tanya also enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time on the lake with her family.
